Join Western Oregon Mental Health Alliance: For New Members Only
Enrollment in WOMHA is open to Licensed Mental Health Professionals in Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk, Tillamook, and Yamhill counties
Step 1: Pay Initiation Fee. This is a one time fee.
Step 2: Please submit payment, read, complete, and electronically sign the application. You will be notified of your acceptance or denial of your application by a WOMHA Board Member. If your application is not accepted, your enrollment payment will be refunded. The dues are assessed on an annual basis. The amount may vary year to year.
Step 4: Pay AMHA Fee. This is a yearly membership fee.
Step 5: Click here to complete the American Mental Health Alliance (AMHA) professional data base & website information document. This is for new members.
This link will allow you to complete your Western Oregon Mental Health Alliance (WOMHA) and American Mental Health Alliance (AMHA) on-line professional information documents, as well as your personal marketing page which will appear on AMHA Therapist Locator searches.
If you are using the payment plan service option , please complete the document(s) listed below. Complete both documents if you are using the payment plan option for both the WOMHA Initiation Fee and WOMHA Dues.
